Time the Cubey Incinerator resets (cools off)[]

- Strictly speaking, the cooldown time is an attribute of Magma Reef and not the pole per se (if you only use it to fish for cubeys in FV/WP then it doesn't need to cool down) - That said, an explicit reference & link to the relevant section in the MR guide has been added as suggested.
