Forum:How do i get the tentacles to catch the octo fish in sans culpra?

I know it says to venture to icelantica to reel in the tentacles. But i've been fishing thru glacier bay, san digloo, lake freezeburg and snowpeak river for almost a month and still haven't reeled them in. Does anyone have any ideas of how you're supposed to catch them?? Please help thank you

I just caught one without having the tentacles in my possession. I did catch them to give to Earl to build a GPS much earlier in the game though
