I am trying to buy add-ons for my Evil Obliterator pole. I have enough Gold, I just need more "evilness". How can I quickly add on evilness?

If you have RLC you may fish with it (+ 200 per chum used), but if you don't want to buy RLC I would't reccomend it. The easiest way is just to fish with EO in either furthest or second furthest location, depending on catch ratio.
