I've had a Level 50 Necro-Pole for weeks now, and have been fishing in Fishertonville a lot, but have not caught a Devil Ray Fish. Am I just amazingly unlucky, or do you need something other than the lvl 50 Necro-Pole?
Unless you're using fire sludge chum, you are unlucky.
