I am in sigs lair, i went throught the tutorial to the end and when i went to add the eal camo it said i need to buy the add on first, i have been through all the steps and cannot find the add on ????

treasure chest problem[]
I have been stuck in treasure chest for the last 22 hrs. It wont open the treasure or let me out of it.I have tried rebooting,using another puter etc.but I am stuck.need some help please please please
Sig's Wasteland Resources - Attractants Repellants[]
I have all these resources from long ago but none seem to attract any fish I need for quest requirements in Sig's Wasteland.
Are these useless now that I have gotten this far in the game? If so, then I guess shells are useless too since theres nothing worth buying with them except tarpit stouts.
If anybody can shed some light on what to do with these attractants/repellants I would appreciate it.
